Foods You Should Avoid for Your Children


You love to offer tasty food to your children, but tasty food may or may not be healthy. Serve healthy foods to your children than the food your kids like. 1. Packaged noodles

The packaged noodles are junk food. The food gets cooked easily. Therefore, parents usually stuff noodles in children's tiffins. This is not an ideal meal for children at all.

2. Sweetened drinks

Children consume too much sugar. Sugar-added drinks can cause dental caries and tooth decay because of their acidity. Children prefer sweet drinks to milk. Therefore, children can be calcium deficit.

3. French fries

French fries contain bad fats also lower good cholesterol. French fries are made up of white potatoes, which easily convert into sugar in the body.

4. Sticky foods

Sticky food is worth food for your children's teeth. Chewy candies, fruit snacks, dried fruits, etc., come under sticky food that gets stuck in the children's teeth and causes tooth decay.

5. Raw milk

Raw milk contains bacteria. If you offer raw milk to children it can cause your children to get sick. Diarrhoea, vomiting, fever, etc., can be raw milk bond diseases.

6. Potato chips

Potato chips are very high in fat and calories. Giving it often increases the risks of obesity in children. A potato chip contains an ounce of salt. Consuming too much salt is not good for your children's health.

7. Honey

There is a specific age where your child can begin consuming it. Crude, unpasteurized honey, including natural honey is not healthy for youngsters under 1 year old enough.
